Wellness by Westlake Sports Medicine was founded by Gabriel Petty, PA-C, a seasoned clinician with over 20 years of experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and advanced procedural care. His career has been built on precision, anatomy mastery, and outcome-driven treatment strategies — principles that now define the wellness and aesthetic division of the practice.
Throughout his tenure, Gabriel has evaluated and treated thousands of patients, ranging from high-performing athletes to active professionals seeking longevity and optimized health. He has led the development of multi-state medical practices, implemented advanced regenerative and procedural protocols, and built systems centered on safety, measurable results, and long-term patient trust.
Dr. Anmol Chattha is a highly skilled plastic surgeon specializing in facial aesthetics, with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through precision and artistry. His approach blends advanced surgical techniques with a deep commitment to patient-centered care, ensuring every individual receives personalized attention and outstanding results.
Dr. Chattha’s journey in medicine began at the University of California, San Diego, where he studied Economics before pursuing his medical degree at Albany Medical College. His rigorous training continued with a general surgery internship at Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, followed by an integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals. During his final two years of residency, Dr. Chattha honed his expertise in facial aesthetics, focusing on rhinoplasty, facelifts, and periorbital rejuvenation.
